Athlete Categories & Classes
The following categories will be on offer at the WNBF Brisbane Season A show:
Bodybuilding
Classic Bodybuilding
Physique
Bikini
Figure
Fit Model
WNBF Australia also offers a range of competition classes catering to all levels of experience and age:
Teen
For athletes 16-19 years old.
Junior (U23)
For athletes at least 19 and under 23 years old.
Masters (40+)
For athletes 40 years and older. Pro Qualifying is available with 5+ athletes in this class.
First Season
For athletes in their very first season of competitive bodybuilding (regardless of federation).
Novice
For athletes who have not yet won a class within the WNBF.
Open
Available to all athletes; this is the highest level of amateur competition. Pro Qualifying is available with 8+ athletes in this class.
Classes may be split by height or weight depending on athlete numbers to ensure fair judging.
Athlete Investment & Pricing Structure
Your total investment to step on stage consists of three components: an Annual Membership, Category Entry Fees, and Mandatory Competition Requirements. We utilize a tiered pricing model to reward athletes who commit early to their season.

Entry Fee: $100 per class

Standard
February 20 - April 9
Entry Fee: $125 per class
Membership Fee: $200
Late
April 10 – April 24
Entry Fee: $150 per class
Membership Fee: $200
All registrations must be completed by April 24, 2026
Crossovers
For athletes entering multiple categories and classes, the entry fee per class remains consistent with the current registration phase.
Mandatory Competition Requirements
To maintain our integrity as a premier natural federation, the following fixed costs apply to every athlete:
Polygraph Drug Testing
$150
Required for every athlete must undergo testing prior to competing to ensure a fair, drug-free playing field.
Official Stage Tan
$190
Provided by ProComp Aus to ensure consistent lighting and judging for all competitors.
