We understand that circumstances can change during a contest prep. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to athletes while managing the significant upfront costs associated with event production.
No Refunds: Once the Late Entry Period commences, no refunds or credits will be issued for any reason, except as outlined in the Medical Exemption section below.
Entry Fee Credits: If you withdraw prior to the Late Period, you are eligible for a credit toward future WNBF Australia entry fees.
Membership Fees: All WNBF Membership fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, as these provide year-long eligibility and administrative coverage. However, in the case of a medical exemption the Membership eligibility period may be extended.
Medical Reasons: If you are unable to compete due to a documented medical condition or injury, you may be eligible for a refund even after the Late Period has commenced.
Documentation: To apply, you must provide a valid medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner.
Process: All requests must be submitted in writing to the WNBF Australia administration team.
Timeline: Please allow 7-10 business days for the review of your request and the processing of any eligible credits or refunds.
